> I used Bold Construction to rebuild a rental property after flooding, requiring permits and various inspections in Ann Arbor, along with meeting condominium association rules.  They are extremely professional and communicated well throughout the entire process.  As an out-of-state landlord, I was happy with the prompt and clear communication, pictures of the work pre/during/post construction, and the quality of the finished product.  They also advised on items that were repairable and did not require change (as opposed to other contractors that recommended blanket replacement).  I would highly recommend them without reservations, and would use them again in the future.  Very well done.
