> We purchased a home in Fall of 2024 from stonebridge homes. The service staff and salesman were very kind and helped a lot while designing our home. However, our experience since that time has been very poor. We've had multiple issues with the home including the hot water heater and the garbage disposal going out. Stonebridge homes consistently refuses to participate in any repairs. They also offer a one-year warranty. However, after that point they take no responsibility for anything going wrong, including major appliances like the hot water heater. They also created issues while building the home including putting on the wrong countertop and putting doors on backwards that made travel through the house. Very difficult. Fixing these issues cost quite a bit of money and was added to the cost of our home. Well it's very helpful to have a company that lets do semi-custom homes. The service is very lacking and they need to reconsider their stance on follow through and their honesty with the quality of their homes.

> Worst builder we have ever bought from. If you have a choice run far away from this builder. The quality of even the little things is horrible. Cabinets already falling apart. Floors creak after one week of living in our new build. The warranty person won’t return an email and won’t give out any contractors information in order to contact them yourself. Over priced piece of junk for a house.

> This builder is extremely hard to work with. As others have said, they encourage you to get under contract to work with them directly- and once you’re under contract they will not communicate with you. In fact, we were reprimanded just by trying to reach out!
>
> Our lighting package was ignored- so we updated all of our lighting ourselves…We have several warranty issues. And still no contact to get in touch.
>
> My biggest issue is that our oven only worked for one week prior to learning we had electrical issues. It has been a month now and still, no one out to help.
>
> If you are someone who wants to be a part of the building process or have a responsive builder, this is NOT the company for you.

> We love the layout of our Stone Bridge home. The construction looks really terrific. We are very happy with this house.

> We bought a Stone Bridge Home NW in Pacific Crossing Forest Grove and the issues keep mounting. We found support beams in the attic not mounted to the roof so sections of our roof are unsupported. The sewer gas vent in the attic is capped off and not venting - that can be extremely hazardous. Our inspector found the fan in the attic was completely inaccessible but we were told at the walk through that it was accessible. After a few weeks of hearing the fan run non-stop, we found no way to get to it. Someone had to come cut a hole for access. But that isn't the only time they lied....After forgetting to paint our ceilings white, for which we were charged extra, the painting process ruined the wood floors. Paint is all throughout the grain and the finish is ruined. We were told at the walk through they were just dirty from all the workmen and the painters were there doing clean up and touch up. I repeatedly insisted they write this down on the punch list but the construction supervisor refused my request. Hence, we closed with damaged floors, not dirty floors. We were promised hardware matching all the fixtures but they swapped it out for cheap hardware that doesn't match. They had 'neglected' to write down the option initially so there was no recourse for us. The HVAC vents were full of debris and even garbage during the walk through and Stone Bridge Homes NW argued they shouldn't have to clean them. They relented and promised to professionally clean them but only had a cleaning person vacuum what they could reach. So running the AC leaves white dust raining down. Stone Bridge Homes NW has no quality control, no construction supervision, no follow through and seems to have no interest in selling a safe, reliable product.

> Working with them on an ADA adapted new home. Overall they are organized and have a list of accommodations already developed and ready for our unique home buying need. This was definitely not what we experienced when trying to work with other potential builders. We greatly appreciate their ability to customize to meet our needs.

> We had Stone Bridge Homes NW build what was essentially a custom built home. We told them what we needed: master on the main floor, extra large garage to store our RV, extra wide doors to accommodate a wheel chair, and minimal steps. We were able to select all flooring, tile work, counter and backsplash. The entire process took 6 months. They are a very good company to work with.

> I would highly recommend StoneBridge as they are very flexible and fun to work with. You will get the most home for your money!!

> We contracted with Stone Bridge for our first semi-custom built home with high hopes. Along the way, all upgrades had to be paid for in cash in advance of closing, so by the time we were finished with the design, all of our down payment cash was held by Stone Bridge. The project took 4 months longer than expected, and exceeded the contract time. After living there only a year, however, a sudden job changed necessitated a move and the home had a major flaw show up on a home inspection. We lost a buyer because of this and had to reduce the price of our brand new home to way less than we paid for it. When we approached Stone Bridge about this, they initially agreed to reimburse us for a partial fix, but did not say anything to address our concerns about the major flaw and the overall loss of value of the home. In the end, they did not reimburse us as promised, and have ignored my emails altogether. The home at first seemed a good value for the price, but in the end we feel that we really were sold a house that looked good on the surface and had many flaws just beneath. I would not recommend Stone Bridge to others, mostly because they were in the end not willing to stand behind their work and make it right for a buyer who invested everything they had in a new home.

>
> Stone Bridge Homes NW also has an extensive selection of floor plans which offer space and flexibility in room arrangement and configuration. They are building in several neighborhoods here in Bend and have homes under construction in several different price categories.
>
> I've had a wonderful experience working with the team at Stone Bridge Homes NW. I highly recommend them.

> As a Street of Dreams builder we were extremely excited to welcome Stone Bridge Homes to Vancouver, WA. After experiencing the quality of work they desire we were thrilled to be selected as a partner to work on their new home landscaping. They are not only detail oriented, but are always willing to invest in top quality landscape features such as smart irrigation controllers, drainage, and soil amendments. These features may never be seen from the surface, but Stone Bridge Homes goes the extra mile for quality even if it costs more upfront as they always strive to deliver the highest quality homes. We can't wait to see their entry in the 2014 Parade of Homes!

**★★★★★ — Macadam Floor and Design, Feb. 2014**
