I went searching for a designer to help with the project and was blessed to find Michele on line, drawn in by several of her portfolio photos. What a pleasure! Michele and her team listen, pivot when needed, and yet pushed us a bit out of our comfort zone to "modernize" our more traditional style. The end result is stunning and exactly what we wanted. But what I most appreciated was before we even signed a contract, Michele reviewed our project room by room and presented us with a ballpark budget so we knew what to expect. After that, every proposal came "all in", no hidden costs for shipping, tax, delivery, installation, and other extras that, in my experience, other designers don't mention until they appear on the final bill. There were no surprises except the joy of seeing it all come together.
