> We had our house built from the slab up with an approximate price of $300,000.  The quality of the work was spot on but what really impressed me the most was the owner’s responsiveness.  He was always easy to reach and took care of any issues right away.  A few examples:

> Had an entire wall repainted as over time it seemed a base layer showed unevenly.

> The owner personally came and adjusted doors that would stick, even beyond the warranty period.
>
> I would absolutely hire them for future jobs and would recommend them to anyone in need of a project, big or small.
