> We used Goodall to open our pool.  I used them last year and had the same problems, so it is my fault for re-hiring them.   Again, this year they can't clear up my water or turn on the heater.  Last year they redid my heater and now they can't turn it on.  Four visits to the house and the water is still green.  Of course I have to pay for each trip.   They will never be rehired.  I am at a loss... Now, they say I owe them for close to $750.00., when they haven't even officially opened it!!  They show up and wander around.  Then, they knock on your door and say, "I don't know what to do. Call the office."  After spending less than 15 minutes, they leave.  On the way out- after the mess they dumped off of our pool cover- they tell us if we want their mess cleaned up, we're going to have to pay for that, as well.  When they did it!!  Friends of ours on the river said they have the largest boat and flaunt their name and money.   I will do all I can to warn people about them.

> When my wife and I first notified Goodall Pools & Spas of a possible warranty issue with our one year old Sundance Spa, a technician was promptly scheduled and an inspection performed.  Once the issue was confirmed, Goodall's Service Manager Dan Kann negotiated the replacement of our spa with the manufacturer on our behalf.  Within a few weeks, all the while communicating with us, Dan arranged for our spa to be replaced with a brand new spa.  Goodall even waived the removal and reinstallation fee!  Once the new spa arrived, the Owner of Goodall Pool & Spas, Bob Goodall Jr. came to our home to ensure we were satisfied and even physically helped install the spa.  Goodall's customer service and dedication to their customers is superb!  So many companies now have poor customer service, it is refreshing to find a company that cares and does the right thing. Goodall Pools & Spas will continue to have my business for a long time to come.

> We contracted with Goodall to put an inground pool in and to build a back porch for us. The pool installation was 100%, with no issues. The landscaping went great as well. We ran into issues with the contracter that Goodall contracted to build the back porch. He did amazing work, but he was unreliable and slow. When someone spends that much money on a project, they should expect the contractor to communicate and get the work done on time.
