> Parts of my order were incorrect.  They assured me they would make them right, but have since been unresponsive to any additional requests.  My kitchen will never be right due to their poor customer service.  Do not do business with Mike Lewis and the Cabinet Factory.  They will take your money and say sale is final if anything is wrong with your order.  They even deceived the credit card company when I filed a dispute, despite providing detailed documentation of the missing/incorrect parts  of my order.

> The cabinets look great in the showroom.  The service was also ok.  When I received the cabinets the doors were uneven, one of the cabinets was coming apart at the seems and had to be taken back for repair, a few of the cabinets had bare spots in the paint and a few of the shelves had deep scratch marks.  After the sale customer service was a bit lacking.  My replacement cabinet was to be delivered on a particular day however they failed to call and tell me they had to reschedule. If I hadn't called I would have been waiting all day.

I actually wasn't aware of any problems with your cabinet order until I read your review.  Since you were referred to us by your contractor,  we made our communications through him.  I'm sorry that resulted in some delay from your perspective.
> It is true that our stock/imported cabinets have definite quality differences when compared to our high-end products.  Although they're still a solid product, as seen in your photo of the solid wood drawers and plywood construction.  Some manufacturer defects do happen.  But we stand behind our products and I believe replacements were ordered when requested.

A: Drop in to a local kitchen design center, with photos and room measurements.  You'll be sure to get some good ideas.

**Q: Refrigerator is small for spot** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Any suggestions on what I can do to camouflage the extra space.

A: We often have customers approach us with such dilemas, when they've moved into a new home or bought new appliances.  If you can locate the manufacturer of the cabinetry, you can order material that matches.  Look for stickers in the cabinet or brand-marks on the drawers.  A 6" filler at that width would be the most natural-looking solution.    Alternately, you can get material to create a shelf at 24" deep, as wide as the space, just over the fridge.   This would allow for trays, baskets, or books to be stored in that space, as others have mentioned.    A good cabinet maker would be able to stain-match wood for you, if you can't locate the original cabinet manufacturer.   Feasability depends on your budget!  Best of luck.
