I have been in several others who have had custom homes built, and Landmarks quality and service terrible compared to what I have seen. If I was to do it all over again, I would not go with Landmark. It started with them painting our house the wrong color. Then, when the paint was fixed, they ruined the floors, covered lights, fixtures and switches in paint because they didn't cover anything. We had to fight with Landmark with 9 months before they would replace our ruined floors we paid to upgrade. On top of that, they decided not to do the drain basin correctly resulting in several homes having flooded basements in our neighborhood. They were made to fix the basin and had to dig up part of our yard. We were promised they would fix it, and after they finished Landmark (Eric Zielgar) denied that they would help at all. > > The build quality is very poor and the service is even worse.
