He initially was very prompt with communication. After the project began though, work moved very slowly. I raised concerns and had to chase him to hold him accountable. He kept assuring me there were some issues on other projects so that's why there were delays but that he would make up or it. Eventually he began to ignore my calls, texts and emails. The entryway was opened up with LED lighting hidden in the ceiling's crown molding in the hallway to my living room area.
