### Reviews

**★★★★★ — Leslie D., July 2023**

> We used Remodel Cincinnati for a remodel of our master bathroom. Steve Z. helped us from start to finish in many aspects, including but not limited to material selection, project management, cost benefit analysis of materials used, local retailers, etc. Greg was the primary remodeler and an expert craftsman. He was always on time, knowledgeable, kind and even our kids loved seeing him every morning ready to start the day. I would highly recommend their services to future clients and we hope to use them in the future for our kitchen reno.

**Comment from Remodel Cincinnati:**

> Thank you Leslie, we appreciate the nice review. You are a great client to work with and we look forward to the kitchen and seeing the kids again

**★★★★★ — Terry Betts, May 2023**

> Remodel Cincinnati converted our broken half bath into a coffee bar & we love it! It is an extension of our kitchen with contrasting cabinets, granite countertop & backsplash. The photos show how beautiful it is.

**★★★★★ — Bill Fisher, Feb. 2023**

> Remodel Cincinnati has just completed the third project (remodel bathroom) for us over a number of years. We again selected Remodel Cincinnati because they are very reliable, do excellent work, have high integrity, communicate well and have always kept us informed of progress on the job. We are very pleased with the end product and appreciate the suggestions Steve Zimmer has made to us over the life of the project ..... they are the best.

**★★★★★ — Matt Rizkallah, Dec. 2022**

> If you're looking for quality work, honest and open communication, and years of professional experience-- look no further than Remodel Cincinnati! We just had our kitchen gutted and remodeled, as well as the floors and ceilings on the main level. The work was thorough, timely, and neat. Steve and Greg are very competent and professional. They understand that this is your home and treat you and your project with the utmost respect and responsibility. We couldn't be happier with the end result and will always use Remodel Cincinnati for any projects in the future.

**Comment from Remodel Cincinnati:**

> Thanks Matt for those very kind words. You were easy clients to work for and we appreciate that.

> Remodel Cincinnati remodeled my guest bathroom in my condominium. They did a fantastic job! The workmanship was superb and they always cleaned up at the end of the day's work. The room turned out really gorgeous! They were recommended to me by the decorator/designer I always use and they were everything she had promised them to be! Since that remodel job, I have called them to do other minor things in my condo and Steve always responds in a timely manner and takes a great deal of care in making the chore complete to my satisfaction. Greg was the person who was on the job all the time and he is very capable in all aspects of a remodel situation. I would highly recommend Remodel Cincinnati, without reservation, to anyone seeking a thorough, pleasant, and outstanding contractor!

> We've called on Remodel Cincinnati for numerous projects over many years and have always been pleased with the craftsmen and the finished work, whether a small job or a bathroom remodel. In fact, this is the company we call for whatever needs to be done in our home. I have always felt comfortable with having the craftsmen in our home. We appreciate having a company to call for large and small projects and to have our home respected during the work and left clean when the work is completed.

**Comment from Remodel Cincinnati:**

> Thank you Marlene for those kind words. We always enjoy working with you and are thankfull for your appreciation for our care and craftsmanship

**★★★★★ — Randi Whalen, March 2018**

> We had our Kitchen remodeled in Oct. 2017. Steve was very professional and helpful, in the planning. Greg and Paul did all of the remodeling, and were very prompt every day. They cleaned up daily, as best that you can, during any remodeling project. My husband and I were very happy with their work. We would definitely use them again.

**Comment from Remodel Cincinnati:**

> Randi, Thank you so much for the kind words. You and Bill were a pleasure to work with and I really hope we hear from you in the future. It was a fun project, thank you for the opportunity.

**★★★★★ — jsjscott1, June 2016**

> Remodel Cincinnati has done a couple of remodeling projects on our house. The first and larger project was a kitchen remodel. They completely gutted the kitchen and knocked down a wall. There were a couple of glitches with our design and Steve and his team worked with us to come up with satisfactory and workable solutions. One even resulted in a unique feature which added to the appeal of the design. The work was quality and as we expected. Many people told us not to expect the project to be completed in the estimated time, but it was! Steve and his team also did a three-season room addition for us. Again, the work was quality and as expected. We found Steve to be pleasant to work with and knowledgeable.

**Comment from Remodel Cincinnati:**

> John & Sandy,
> We had a good time working with you as well. Both your projects presented some unique challenges. We enjoy a challenge. Thank you so much for the kinds words and I hope you enjoy the renovations for years to come.
> Steve

## Community Q&A

**Q: Bed size shown?** *(in Product Questions)*

Size shown? Bed sizes avail? Can I get this in twin or full?

A: Assembly: Would like to have some idea of what assembly is required

**Q: What was the approximate cost of this remodel?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The first floor bathroom in my 1941 home looks to be the same exact size and layout. Instead of replacing the tile and adding the wainscoting, we are thinking of reglazing all of the tile. We are located in Oakley, very close to Amberley.

Thank you in advance!

A: First of all let me apologize for not responding to your question. I have been in and out of the hospital since early December and had not been keeping up with my Houzz account. The approximate cost of this remodel was $21,000.00 which was a complete gut and redo. I hope this is helpful at this late date. If you have other questions please feel free to contact me.

**Q: grain of castell quartz** *(in Photo Questions)*

I just had Cambria Castell installed and it's driving me crazy that the white grain that they put in it is running front to back and not left to right. It looks like zebra stripes. Did you notice this when you had your's installed? Thanks.

A: We have not gotten back into this home yet. Do you still want this information?

**Q: backsplash** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the name of the backsplash?

A: One row of Siena light Subway 6" x 3" tile were installed on top of the countertop deck with a row of LaRiserva Nevada Listello 9” x 2.3” just above. The Listello has a Taishan Ivory Polished Somerset pencil on each side. Subway tile were then installed above the Listello all the way to the bottom of the wall cabinets.

**Q: What tile was used in this shower?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The shower walls are Lansdale Carrara 3" x 6" in a brick or subway pattern. At the bottom of the wall is a Lansdale Carrara 12" x 4 3/4" skirt or base. I hope this answers your question.
