A: Hello Ervin, We apologize we just saw your message. This charming carriage house has about 1600 total square foot of living space on the main and second levels. The lower level was originally designed to be used for car storage, with a small workshop and laundry area that was about 300 square feet. The home has since been purchased and the new homeowners converted the garage into a fully finished space (a bedroom, family room and bathroom) adding another 550 square feet to the plan.
