> Sinead was easy to work with and did amazing work. All of the photos came out beautifully.
>
> Would highly recommend!

> As an interior designer, I rely on professional photographers to capture my completed spaces. Most recently, I worked with Tahoe Real Estate Photography (Sinead) to photograph a local real estate office that we had remodeled. Sinead really listened to our ideas for angles/shots/vignettes and shared a lot of her own creative ideas as well. She overdelivered with regard to the number of photographs she provided and offered a great value. I look forward to working with Tahoe Real Estate Photography again soon. Thanks, Sinead!

> We worked with Sinead on one of our projects in Martis Camp. We wanted crisp, clean images that really highlighted the modern architecture in the project. We found Sinead to be flexible to work with, trying different angles and helping frame great shots. We really liked that she had several cameras and lenses available to capture shots just the way we envisioned. It was easy to spend the day with her on the shoot, developing a story along the way, about our project through her beautiful images.

> I highly recommend Sinead to photograph vacation rentals. She has expertise in proper staging, great lighting and she brought quite a bit of professional equipment. I was impressed with how much time was spent in setting up every shot and how many angles of each room and the exterior were taken. Most importantly I immediately received more interest, inquiries and bookings after I posted her gorgeous photos online for vacationers. I will definitely hire Sinead again.

> I am a real estate broker in the San Francisco Bay Area and the best virtual tour photographers in the Bay Area set very high standards. In the second home market of Truckee / Tahoe, I wanted to find a virtual tour company that delivered the same excellence of photography that I'm used to in the Bay Area. Sinead's artistic shots, ample time she spent looking for just the right composition of a shot, delivery of compelling colors and light, and overall attention to the smallest details far exceeded my expectations. She is one of the best real estate photographers I know! Her prices are on the premium end, but she is worth every penny! - Catherine Gortner

> I was given immediate responses to my questions and concerns and took personal interest to customize my requests. I was confident with promise of perfection and indeed received it.

> I wanted the best quality photos of my South Lake Tahoe house to place on Airbnb. The Airbnb photographer took photos and they were very poor quality. My cousin, who is also a professional photographer, took photos for me but I was also not happy with the quality. I contact Sinead Hastings, from Tahoe Real Estate Photography, after seeing her amazing photos on her website and reading great reviews. She was easy to work with, arrive on time, and best of all, her photos were PERFECT. I was very happy with the quality. They made my Tahoe home look warm and inviting. My house is completely booked until early January. Thank you Sinead for a wonderful job!

> I hired Sinead Hastings, Tahoe Real Estate Photography, to take photographs of two houses on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. My decision on using her was based upon the quality of the picture portfolios on her website at www.tahoerealestatephotography.com. I couldn't have been more pleased.
>
> Her communication prior to the shoot was excellent and her price was reasonable. She showed up on time with all the equipment necessary to complete the shoots. It was a difficult "lighting day," but you wouldn't know it based on the results of her photographs. She was creative in staging individual photographs and had excellent ideas from an artistic perspective where to take the photographs.
>
> After seeing the pictures (which I loved), I realized there was one additional photograph I still wanted. Sinead understood and was willing to go back to the house several days later to take the one picture. That's customer service!
>
> Without a doubt I will use Tahoe Real Estate Photography for all my photographic needs in Tahoe. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation!

**★★★★★ — tahoelovers, Dec. 2014**

> We engaged Sinead to photograph our rental home in Tahoe. We were pleased she took her time staging and otherwise prepping our home to ensure that it looked great in the photos. She clearly knows what she's doing. We ended up with 20 really great photos, we were very pleased.
>
> She's prompt, professional and the photos were fairly priced and of high quality. What more could you ask for?
>
> Plus, she's a really fun person!

> Sinead is a professional. She returned my calls promptly and worked with us on a tight window for the photo shoot. Her style was all business. The work was excellent. The virtual tour using her photos were arranged in the exact order we wanted without any discussion. Again a reflection of her experience. I would definitely recommend hiring her.

> I am a realtor in North Lake Tahoe. Sinead has been shooting my real estate photos for three years now and she never has disappointed me. Most of our buyers come from out of the area, such as the Bay Area and they do their property searches on line before then come to Tahoe to see the properties. So, we have to put our best foot forward with the best photos to grab buyers' attention so they are excited to come up to Tahoe to see the homes. Sinead's photos have sold several of my listings! I am proud to recommend her!
