She advised and guided my decisions without pressure. She patiently prepared several versions of the cabinet layout as we discussed and fine-tuned it. Her excellent product knowledge, fine sense of design and many good contacts in the industry helped with with all aspects of the remodel ... not only the cabinets but also countertop, lighting, sink, etc. Jeanne was very sensitive to the potential stresses of a project like this and she made me feel comfortable and confident that she would take care of everything. Even though I know she was busy, she was somehow able to make it seem as though mine was the most important job she had at the time. Thanks to Jeanne, the project was fun and without stress.
