> So this review is long overdue but should not diminish the value or sincerity with which it is written. Jen and Liz were simply AMAZING and FUN to work with. We had a major structural renovation and extension of our kitchen, mudroom/laundry, full bathroom and family room. From start to finish Tiny Anchors were invested and creative and so easy to work with. We began with ideas on where to move and open walls, how to design the layout and shape of extension, select stone, cabinets and hardware, plumbing fixtures, and finally ending with lighting and furniture. This complicated project took almost two years and every meeting and visit to vendors for tile or lighting was exciting and enjoyable. Jen and Liz are able to listen and interpret our ideas and put them into reality. They gracefully balanced different styles and personal preferences, and integrated them seamlessly into each of our spaces. Jen was so patient with our change requests and need to visualize multiple options. They also worked very well with vendors and contractors in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner. I was entirely comfortable with them representing my husband and I. When the inevitable problems arose during construction, Jen and Liz quickly helped resolve and recommend solutions that held true to our design objectives. I could keep going but you’ve likely stopped reading. If you haven’t there is no need to search for another designer or design team!!! Tiny Anchors is THE BEST!!!

> We can't say enough about how wonderful it was working with Tiny Anchor Studios.  After deciding to tackle the renovation of an outdated 1950s bathroom, it hit us that we didn't know where to even start to look for everything.  After initial discussions with Liz and discussing our desire to keep a Victorian-like design to go with the house, she gave us options for everything from the vanity down to the toilet paper holder.  And after all the decisions were made, Liz sent us pictures of the final design, from all angles, including the paint colors we chose for the walls.  We couldn't have done it without them!

> Our bathroom has been transformed! I was a little nervous about this one given I live in Phoenix and Tiny Anchor Studios is based out of Philadelphia, and yet this project turned out great. Jen’s communication between us and the contractors made all of the difference. We have a tiny master bathroom, which was very outdated when we moved in. Storage was a big concern because of the size. It was all the small changes that makes my bathroom seem bigger. A larger, recessed mirror cabinet, the vanity, and most importantly the tile. I was hesitant when Jen suggested placing the tile all the way to the ceiling in the shower, in addition to covering one of the walls and now that’s one of my favorite parts.

> We worked with Jen and Liz on the design process of our new construction home and selecting materials and fixtures for the entire house. They were super attentive during the process and the meetings/screen shares we hosted via zoom were super effective. We were able to make real-time updates to the design in the computer software they use and it really helped us make decisions and see what different materials and layouts looked like in 3D.  The end product looked just like the version in the software! Tiny Anchor did a great job helping us move our new construction process forward by working directly with our builder and suppliers like our custom cabinetry, tile, and fixtures. Definitely appreciated having them by our side while navigating the new construction process!

> OK this is a rather lengthy review but the conclusion will be the following: Jen is a competent designer and a complete professional and I think that anyone who uses her would be able to trust in her work and ultimately be happy with the finished product.
> That being said the job I experienced was not what I would call normal. The story goes like this: I had a complete master bath renovation that took place in the months right before Covid. This included installation of a full steam shower and reconfiguration of a few structural elements including some walls. The job was finished on time and everything was functioning nicely.
> About two months after installation I started to experience some mild discoloration of the tile on two of the walls in areas in scattered locations. I texted Jen the appearance of these and she very openly said that this was not normal. We contacted the tile company and to make a long story short we were dealing with an entire lot of defective tile.
> Jen and the contractor on the job,  Without even involving my homeowners insurance Jen and the contractor were able to arrange compensation for the job from the tile company. Then in a timely fashion the entire of areas of affected tile were removed and reinstalled.
> Since I’ve been Using this steam shower frequently and it’s absolutely fantastic. So in conclusion I think Jen does great design work. And if something doesn’t go perfectly, I think she can address it In a timely and effective manner. 5/5 stars

She listened to what we liked and was able to pull together exactly what we were looking for. Jen also gave us ideas that we would have never thought of for storage and design.
