One was a remodel on our home in Marin Co. where we opened up walls to enlarge two rooms to increase a better traffic flow through the house. This project included new furniture, rugs, built in bookcases floor to ceiling & a half wall to add a corner to the room. This was done efficiently & efficiently with. no disruption to family life. The colors we choose are bright , fun & these are the two most used room in the house. This project was done about 5 yrs ago & was on budget. The second project was our home in Tahoe, this was a 10,000 sq. fooot redecorate of furniture & bedding in everyone rm of the house, including of new ceiling light fixtures, painting of walls & sme recarpeting. Another fun experience that went smoothly mainly because Ann moved in while the project was evolving to supervise on a daily basis.Both projects came in on budget & turned out beautifully. Compliments come from everyone. I highly recommend Ann, she does not put her stamp on a project as many designers do. She allows your vision to come thru but she will tell you when an idea will not work & why. We had some discussion about a rug in the Tahoe home, I insisted the rug stays & we had to work with the colors in the rug & wow did she do this beautifully. Ann is the only designer I will use & I have recommended her to other family members & friends.
