Mark & Jim (& the entire team) were friendly, professional, & on-point from the start & we were thrilled with the results. They took the time to meet with us (in the evenings, no less) to go over basic design ideas & a wishlist, & then a few times to review the sketches they had designed. Once we decided on the perfect design fit for our space, Urbanadd made sure we got proper permitting & helped us when we hit a snag & had to appeal a decision. Throughout the project Mark & Jim were available, helping with last-minute changes & decisions as well as ideas on fixtures & final pieces for the space. Our remodel turned out even better than we had ever dreamed of & we know it is because of the brilliance of Mark & Jim's design.
