I was told they would be in the end of June. I heard nothing from the store, and when I called and tried to reach my sales woman, she never called me back. I called again and spoke with someone else who informed me that the chairs would be complete on July 4th and would be shipped. When the 4th came and went with no courtesy calls, I called again and was told that we are now looking at the end of July. So, now we are a month past the date and I call once more. Now I am being told mid-August, but they will call on Friday and let me know. We will see. Not once has my sales woman had the common courtesy to call and update me. I'm confident that Thingz would be completely happy to sit back, keep my money and never follow up to see if this customer ever got the merchandise.
