> We hired Chanie for a large renovation project of our 1897 Denver Square home.  This involved a total gut and redesign of the kitchen and a first-floor addition for laundry facilities, storage closet and cabinets and ¾ bathroom.  During this process Chanie was innovative, a problem solver, always available for discussions and was extremely easy to work with.  She coordinated the construction crew, assisted in the selection of flooring, fixtures, appliances and decorating options. My time was limited so she made sure she understood my tastes and then limited the choices based on my style and budget.  We went to designer show rooms to select sinks, tiles, light fixtures, went to a quarry to pick out quartz for countertop, met with drapery fabicators, worked with contractors.  I didn't really think about how it would all come together.  One of the smallest rooms of the project was the main floor bathroom (1940's Tudor).  I walked in after it was done - I was moved - how everything pulled together so beautifully, to scale, to my tastes - each piece individually - I didn't see it - but all together it made sense - it was just lovely. what color are they?

A: They were done by a custom shop and the finish name was "white".  I don't have any other details.

**Q: Kamado grill** *(in Photo Questions)*

Does the lid of the Kamado grill have enough room to fully open?

A: Yes, the lid opens fully and the entire oven can be removed.

**Q: Can I have the blue paint color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: That gorgeous shade of blue was accomplished with five coats of Benjamin Moore's Pearlescent Tints Zephyr PT-290.

**Q: Were the walls  a brick veneer?  would you mind sharing the color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I would be happy to, but Robinson Brick discontinued it.  It is real brick that was cut in half and applied to the wall.

**Q: Where can I find the hanging light fixture?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: My understanding is that the pendant light fixture is a vintage piece.

A: They are soap stone
