I'm not sure if I got the "B" team, but new cable and electrical plates were installed crooked and cables were left dangling. Their pricing was at a premium, so I expected better installations. I was quoted on the phone that an electrician and a helper would be installing my TV and cable however -no licensed electrician was sent. Scheduling was done at the convenience of the company -not the customer. My TV was not installed on the date promised due to them not bringing out the right parts. How complicated is it to have the correct mount for a TV? > I had out of town company scheduled but the install had to wait til they could fit it in. A company with real growing PAINS. I would never recommend them to anyone. In less than two hours they had the system working fine, had made some helpful up-grades., and had given me a little more education.
