Doug Hopper, is the most helpful and insightful individual I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He listened to what I was thinking and elevated it. Within three days he, himself, came to my apartment in Riverdale to measure and make sure what we were talking about really went with my style. Oh and it does get better, the blinds were ready in three weeks and I made my appointment to have Nick come and install them. Not only was he ON TIME, he was clean, fast, and polite.
