Duane was able to preform the work required (as specified by an engineering firm review), in a stunningly fast and efficient fashion, coordinating and preforming all the work and assuring timely inspection by the building department of the work underway and completed so as to meet the closing date for the house. The work involved ordering and installing a steel reinforcing beam, and its still a mystery to me as to how he was even able to get the steel beam ordered and delivered to spec in the time involved, never mind actually handling the demolition and construction to get the beam installed and the surrounding building restored, including painting of interior and exterior to match the surrounding untouched structure. A: The client provided the aribesque tile for the project and does not recall the name of the manufacturer, sorry could not be more help. **Q: architect recs? ct, westchester ???** *(in Design Dilemma)* anyone on from fairfield county or new haven county ct that has a great architect recommendation? maybe from westchester would work too A: I've worked with a lot of the architects in the area, what type of services are you looking for, and what style of architecture do you prefer?
