> Product itself is OK. But customer service is nonexistent. Hard to get anyone on the phone, after putting you on hold for 10 minutes they ask to leave a voicemail and promise a return call next business day. i left at least 3 messages and no one ever called back. When trying to use their online chat no one answers most of the time. You will get a message that no agents are available with an offer to leave a message and a promise to respond via email. No one ever responded. I did manage to get a hold of a live help couple of times with no resolution and a promise to escalate with no follow up. My order is over 10 days past the promised shipment date and no one can explain why is not shipping or when is it going to ship

> The product is fine...a bit cumbersome for a DIYer.  What leaves much to be desired is their Operations and Customer Service.  I ordered a walk-in closet system from them, and was delivered quickly is over a dozen boxes.....except...this wasn't the complete shipment that I was told was arriving all together.  I ended up getting two more shipments.  Before the later shipments arrived, I found I needed more shelves, so I ordered them.  Well, I ended up with too many shelves.  Here's the biggest issue:  I have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone to tell me how to return the unwanted shipment.  I have called, emailed 4 times, sent the order receipt and order number multiple times, and still can't get the information.  I'm ready to ship it back C.O.D.  Their product is good, but certainly not one of a kind.  I would look for another company with a similar product.

> Ordered a custom designed closet. Wrong parts were shipped twice and they refused to send the proper size pieces required by the design.  For the price we paid, we expected better service and general organization.

> Ordered the Ultimate corner unit and it didn't even come with their namesake easy track rails. Unable to call them as they only are open M-F, and most people would be building this on their weekend. So we have to sit around all weekend with 9 boxes of panels until we can figure out why we didn't get tracks. Saw a post from someone else that this happened to recently so there is some serious QA issue going on.
