> I was introduced to Tammy Edmonds by a mutual friend.   At the time I was in over my head with an entire home remodel and addition taking a 1200 sq foot home to a 2300 sq foot home.   I needed help!  I was fast approaching year one on my project and my contractor and architect/designer at the time, just could not get it together.  I met with Tammy once , and knew immediately that she shared my same vision.  She took control of my project immediately.  Correcting serious planning mistakes that were launched by the previous architect.  Let's put it this way without her I would have had no room to put my sofa and table in my step down family room (which was corrected by eliminating a portion of the stairs) and there would be no room for night tables in my master bedroom (corrected by re-configuring the entire master bed/bathroom).  She made my home a spectacular piece of Art.  I would give her 10 stars if I could.  As they say, pictures are worth a 1000 words .  I've uploaded a couple so you can see her Magic.  I have since sold my Castle Heights home and Tammy is currently working on my Sierra Bonita Cottage remodel, where without question more magic is going to happen.

We absolutely love both!

A: Thank you! The paint color is a Ralph Lauren Color: Manor House and the chandelier is a custom piece from Boyd Lighting.

**Q: What tile is this and what is the price per sq ft please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The floor tile is a 1/2" Porcelain tile by TechnoQuartz. The pattern is Doral \#LQ90H8. the size is 15,5" x 23,6" or 40cm v 60 cm

**Q: what brand is this vanity? where can I get it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

**Q: LOVE the fireplace and surround.  What is it made from, who made it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you, the client loves the fireplace as well...especially at Christmas time! It is made of precast stone, which made it rather affordable for the project. There are many companies out there that offer various designs, Melton Classics (http://meltonclassics.com/products/cast-stone/) out of Georgia has a nice selection.

A: Thank you for
your inquiry. The Vanity was a custom designed piece by our office. The wood is natural walnut with just a clearcoat finish. It has a natural beautify to it which has aged nicely....the client is still very happy with it!
