James many times over the past 5 years in two different houses on everything ranging from complete gut rehabs of bathrooms to re-siding a shingle style roof to installing new doors to the (upcoming) construction of a new front porch. > > First and foremost, they are true craftsmen and take a great amount of pride in the quality of their work. If something isn't up to their standards, they fix it (even if you might not have noticed the minor imperfections in the first place). The last bathroom project they did for me required them to level an incredibly slanted floor that a previous owner had addressed by having two separate levels in the same bathroom.
