Her approach is holistic: she considers the whole project, the customers concerns and inclinations, and their budget. With her help we came up with a floor tile and splash selections that we are completely happy with. There was never any pressure, she was always available when needed, and allowed us to keep samples as long as we found them of use. When it came time to choose a grout color she even came out to our house in Eldorado so the grout samples could be evaluated in the actual context in which they were to be used. We considered one other local tile supplier as we prepared for our project. While they would have been happy to sell us tile, they showed no interest in helping us make an appropriate selection.
