> Preferred Remodelers has worked with us on several projects since 2005. Jim Ward, the president and CEO, can be reliably expected to be fair, honest, detail-oriented and trustworthy. He is remarkably creative,
> a diligent problem-solver, and is unfailingly positive and responsible. He brought superior design and craftsmanship to each project, and has an impressive record of peer-recognized award-winning excellence. During one extensive exterior project, a neighbor - an architect - commented: "Your contractor must be really good. There is at least one crew working every day." I have observed that he converses with (and is respected by) each member of the subcontracting teams, when he makes daily to twice daily visits to review progress on a project. The 30-ton recirculating water feature, expansive covered patio with cooking counters, and honey-quartz retaining wall with eye-catching landscaping have provided a relaxing haven for our retirement.

Jim listened to our ideas and offered several suggestions for our bathroom remodel. The sub-contractors he hired to perform the work were all very professional and left our home clean every day. Jim was on site every day and performed some of the work himself. The project was completed on time and within budget. We are very happy with the finished project and would highly recommend Jim and his company.
