> I hired Stovall Construction for a project in 2007. I am most pleased that I did. The building turned out great. It was a pleasure working with them. I never would have guessed there were so many details to work out during construction, but Stovall Construction helped me through each and every one of them. Not only that, but the obstacles that came up were met with optimism and solutions. Case in point; We had just begun when I was notified about the underlying soil for the foundation. We all know how important a good foundation is. The problem was addressed and a plan was in place. When it came time to test the solidity of the foundation, wow, over 98%. The thing is, they cared enough about the stuff people couldn't see as much as the things that are seen. Fanatics about details, great! Easy to work with and honest. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

## Community Q&A

**Q: No walls open floor plan** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am going to build a house with an open floor plan. Kitchen, dining room and living room will have lots of windows with no real wall space. I am use to decorating with large artwork hanging on the wall to show my personality and to just have something beautiful to look at. How do I decorate with no walls to work with? My tv wall will have built in shelves.

A: While hanging art from the ceiling is certainly an option, it does prove less optimal since you lose the contrasting background that a wall offers. You might consider incorporating architectural panels in the design. 

These could be minimal in terms of the actual "wall" and therefore not disrupt the feel of openness. Even using cables or steel rods as supports will add to the feeling of a floating display panel, and not an imposing wall.
