Jeff and Tony were a pleasure to work with. I remodeled my kitchen a couple of years ago and now its time for the bathrooms! Going back to them was the easiest decision of the whole process! They are extremely attentive and answered all my sometimes silly questions to help put my mind at ease. They take the time to make sure you are getting what you want and help guide you in the right direction. They even helped me budget other items in my project, which they did not have to do! We've all heard the horror stories of contractors that quote one price and charge another, or say they will be done in a certain amount of time when in reality the project takes twice as long. This was not the case with RST. The project finished on time and on budget, everything they said would happen did with excellent craftsmanship and at a completely reasonable price. We could not be more pleased with how things turned out and really feel like these changes have created a new living space. I contacted Jeff at Rock Solid and he could not be more helpful. He provided me with quotes and options. Weeks later when I had to defend myself against my designer Jeff was very helpful in helping me understand what could or could not be standard during an install. He could not provide a complete assessment since the counter was not covered by tile.
