Bower, May 2023** > CROOKS! Do not hire Rodenhiser. They recently installed an AC system in our house for over $11,000, which soon completely failed. They came out & said the wiring had a bad chemical reaction between the copper & the insulation, causing countless pinhole leaks which had caused the refrigerant to leak out. They said they had known about this faulty wiring problem 6 years ago, and that it had almost bankrupted them, but that they had purchased a lot of the wiring from a manufacturer who has since gone bankrupt due to this problem. So they used the faulty wiring anyway because they had purchased so much of it, and now they want almost $6,000 to fix the problem they were responsible for causing! They went over the installation plans with us, worked out all concerns during installation, and reviewed the whole system with us when finished.
