> Magnolia Patio Covers installed an insulated metal patio roof over our deck that had been built nearly a decade before (and refreshed once as well).  They were able to accommodate use better than we expected, with a 24' wide and 20 ' deep cover over a deck that was slightly larger (had to leave space for a tree next to the deck).  The installed was very quick and meticulously completed, however due to poor weather there was a delay.  While the cover was put in, they also arranged for an electrician to come out and install ceiling fans, lights and provide the power connections.

I believe initially we had a drip out two that occurred between one set of panels, this was taken care of very quickly. Since then we have done nothing but use the deck more.  I even went as far as building a crawfish table, deck cooler, and installed a TV outside, and bought a new pellet smoker/grill.  The best part is that the price was nearly the same as a self install cover, but they were able to get longer panels for more coverage, and the warranty was a nice add on.   If we had to do it all over again...I would have done it years earlier!

A: it's around 16ft x 23ft

looks like rain wood pool on roof?

A: Whenever we have a scenario like this, which is called a "dead valley", we build what is called a "cricket" in between the two slopes that create the dead valley. The cricket is essentially sloped so that the water sheds out of the valley you see in the photo. Most of the time you cannot see the cricket from the ground unless you are standing a good distance away from the house. Good observation! Here are a few examples of crickets that I was able to find online.
