But after languishing on the market for a few months the realtor had Georgia come in and properly stage it. When I came back to photograph it, I could hardly recognize the place. It was perfect! Prior to connecting with Georgia, we were concerned about having any work done at our place in Whistler, because we live out of country, in Seattle. Georgia made the process very simple and seamless for us. Her prior corporate project management experience really shined through in all of her communications, right down to the project schedule she laid out at the beginning. She completed the project on time and on budget. In addition, she has local partners who do everything from carpentry and painting to electrical and low voltage work. She coordinated their work and kept us appraised of status. She has superb taste and always presented us with pictures of options and their cost. She bought everything we needed, including art, bed frame, linens and smart TVs. She updated our entry by painting it and having a ski storage area built. Her low voltage vendor cleaned up innumerable cables sticking out of our walls and set up the new smart TVs she bought. She also managed the sale and disposal of the furniture we didn't want. Her fees are very reasonable and she uses an invoicing app, which will really easy for us to use from another country. We love the work she did on our condo.
