We are so glad we did. > > We called and the owner made an appointment and came out on time. The crew they sent on the day of installation didn't have specific directions regarding what to do and aggressively took shovels to my driveway to rip out a wooden expansion joint, causing irreparable harm to the driveway on both sides of the expansion joint. It looks terrible. The owner's son initially said the right thing in saying they'll do whatever it takes to fix it but has recently downplayed the damage. The work was done very poorly, and the company has not been professional in addressing the damage. > > Additionally, I have seen commentary from the owner’s son that they always allow the customer to review and see the work prior to seeking final payment. This is not true at all. I specifically requested to see the work before he ran my credit card, and he said that they way they do business is to be paid upon completion even if sight unseen. > > Be very careful with this company. We hired them because they had great reviews and presented themselves as professional. What has resulted is extensive damage to our property, a bad light job, and several hours/days of my time dealing with this. Since that installation, our company has responded to numerous service calls with this client to change lighting, not because anything is wrong, but just because the client would like something different. Day one, within one hour after sundown I received a text message from my next door neighbor inquiring about the lights. Michael was awesome, thorough and most or all, very transparent. His dad came out the night of installation and even threw in an additional light on a not so well lit corner without even requesting it. We were more than pleased with the level of customer service received and the attention to detail. Meaning there is no contract to back you up when they take your money and deliver poor quality lighting. I agreed for installation on 30 lights at a cost of over $3,000. What I got was 30 bulbs replaced only, no lighting fixtures. Further, 3 of those lights went out in less than 2 months. They have come out over 4 times to address issues unresolved in the initial installation, yet I still haven't received what was agreed on. I can't even get them to agree on a partial refund.
