Thanks A: Gosh, I would say that the kitchen is only about a quarter of the entire space. You need at least 4’ of floor between the two sides of the kitchen to be able to open the dishwasher and squeeze by; 5’ is better. And then build out from there, I think. Dining area is another quarter of space, maybe a little smaller, like 1/5th if the space, and the rest is the family room area. Sofa is 7’ long and the settee is 30” deep... A: These were purchased through MSK Lighting, and they are also available I know through Arrow Lighting in Larchmont, NY. **Q: Sheer Fabric for Windows?** *(in Photo Questions)* Where did this fabric for the window treatment come from? Not the Roman Shade, the one that stays down constantly but still lets the light in. A: I honestly cannot remember how we designed this but if I am correct, I believe it’s designed to just hang flat to conceal a drab view. You could do it as a sort of unconstructed roman that you can raise and lower in case you ever wanted to, BUT you might see the cords hanging behind the sheer.
