> We hired Steve and his team for our new inground pool in 2017.  We looked at all the pool companies available in our area and we found Steve to be the most professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable of all companies.  To our surprise Steve was able to get our pool started right before Christmas 2016 so that we would be able to use it before summer started in 2017.  We faced many challenges with the weather in the Spring but Steve was always a phone call away to answering any questions or concerns we had. One thing that stuck out for me was that every time that I called Steve he picked up right away and if he didn't I would get a call back within an hour. I had heard so many horror stories of pool installers not being available or delivering on their promises to customers and then becoming unresponsive. This is not what you are going to get with Steve and Paradise.

> Since my first encounter in February 2015 when I hired Paradise Pools & Spas to build my in-ground pool, I have only had positive experiences.  Steve and his employees have always been on-time, courteous, and willing to answer any of my questions.  I continue to use this company for all of my water samples, chemicals, openings and closings and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to install or maintain an existing pool.

> In 2013 we hired Steve from Paradise pools and spas NJ whom failed to honor the contract. They were paid as per contract.  The company was unprofessional, they would send day laborers with no experience to install our pool. Once Steve from Paradise pool and spas NJ from brick, NJ saw that he was over his head he abandon the project. They would also take the material that we paid for and use it to complete other pool projects. They were paid tens of thousands of dollars and did not complete the job. We are now in February 2016 and Steve at Paradise Pool and Spas NJ did not pay us yet. My advise is unless you wish to end up like us with a unfinished project, I strongly suggests to go somewhere else. My 4 children and I are very sadden with the incomplete pool. They made a lot of verbal promises and in writing too and failed to keep any of those promises that were paid for.  It's is very hard to find a company to continue with this project with so many faults with the pool. 3 yrs later and no CO of completion of the pool. I could not sell my home if we wanted to. One big Head ache! I would recommend finding a better company. Below I have attached a copy of my Consumer Fraud Decision dated Aug 28 2015. Better yet for all who are serious about buying a pool and have further questions, I could be reached at  e27marti@yahoo.com you can  ask me any questions pertaining to my issues with Paradise Pool and spas NJ and Steve Mickulak the owner. Their is no honor with this company they only show up on time to collect MONEY otherwise they come when they feel like it or not at all. It was very hard to reach Steve the owner to address our concerns. He was never on the job as promised.
