> I have several items that I've purchased from Perch.  I cannot say enough about the quality of each piece.  From the knots to the towel holder, I love it all.  We installed our towel holder in our main bathroom.  We get so many compliments on it.  We've had it for over a year, and it has stood the test of time, being that it's used on a consistent basis.  The hardware that comes with it is perfect for everyday use.  Curtain tie-backs are next on my list!!!

> We puercased the rope towel holders. Put them on the wall last night and one of them split at the bottom. Never a towel on it!  Is this a hint of what is to come?  I would like a replacement ASAP. the towel rings are a bit pricey as is, and this does not sweeten the purchase.  Not happy. Vickie Thompson
