> $10, 000 dollars later and I finally got my plumbing straitened out  - and Chris keeps singing his own praises and claiming it was all my fault because he found a few wipes in the piping when I didn't even use the cabin for 3 years.

**Comment from DockCo Construction:**

> I am truly sorry you continue having problems with your plumbing drain. Your house was finished in 2021. The plumbing worked fine until recently. I think its worth mentioning you called me at 11:30 pm one night and cursed me. Nevertheless I came to your house that night and returned again to your house the next day with the plumber. We unclogged your drain for the second time at no charge even though the warranty had long expired. If you will recall, there were flushable wipes on the top of the toilets in both bathrooms. We showed you on camera where the pipes were clogged with the wipes. The next time you called you said you were going to have your insurance company sue me. I told you if that was the path you wanted to take we had nothing further to discuss. Also, you said you had another plumber to correct the "issue" but claim you are still having problems. Could the problem be something besides the plumbing itself? I have been in business for 28 years in the same location. I have always stood behind my work and will continue to do so. However, I can't be responsible for issues that are caused by circumstances beyond my control. I wish you the best and encourage you to stop flushing wipes down the drain as they will continue to cause you drainage problems. As for your other concerns, I was never informed about your heating and air being "loud." Also, the plan specified the size door into your laundry room. The plan is part of the contract and was signed by both parties. Thank you for mentioning I offered to help you change your washer and dryer if the need arises even though the door size was specified in the plan and installed accordingly.
