> Contracted 5 Elms to remove linoleum and install @ 250 ft.-sq of porcelain tile in several rooms. Grant and his team were nice people, but 5 Elms project communication is horrible resulting in one room being laid in different 'style' than others; owner specified grout not being used, resulting in major sealing & hazing issues, much wasted efforts by owner and workers. Many 'no-show' days by owner.  Materials delivered to site with no apparent application. Seriously non\`responsive to phone calls.  When there was a (delayed) response to eMails it was obvious  initial requests and info hadn't been read.  t could never in good faith recommend 5 Elms for tile work.
