It also had original, old, rusting wrought iron on the back portion. > This work meant digging and removing the original footings, reinforcing the wall on the neighbor's side (higher ground), cutting back intruding palm roots, pouring extra cement to block future root growth, build a wall 12 inches higher than the original, and so much work !! > Every day, workers showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up. Every day the supervisor arrived to assess the work done and communicate what was next.
