Within 1 week from our initial email, Martin had visited our house and provided a quote. We agreed on the scope of work (I took care of the existing decking disassembly and the railing disassembly and re-installation) and pricing and ~ 1 month later, Martin started the refurbishment. In 3 days, Martin reinforced our existing structure and installed new Trex decking material. > We were very pleased with Martin's work and have no complaints. For being the only employee, Martin responded to our emails promptly. He actually pulled in his initial timeline by 1 week. > Martin's quality of workmanship was great as he completed a lot of work just to reinforce our decking structure and bring it up to the current code. He kept his work area clean on a daily basis and at the end of the project he vacuumed the deck and cleaned it with the water hose. I have never had a previous contractor clean their work area like Martin. > The final price that Martin charged us was what we initially agreed to.
