When we started our construction company in 1989, we had a vision of building high-quality luxury homes, and most importantly, we wanted to keep the home building experience fun and exciting from start to finish for our clients. We also wanted to maintain 100 percent control of our company, and that meant daily involvement in the business operations. Therefore, we kept production volumes low and manageable—and, here we are, 30 years later with a modest 65 homes under our belt, still maintaining the same core values we established all those years ago.

> Beyond being an experienced and quality builder, we were most impressed with how consistently responsive WCCH was throughout the entire design & build process - an often overlooked quality that is absolutely critical when you're relying on someone to convert your "dream" home into reality. Pat Hayko guided us through the design process, working with the very talented Mullins Design in Kelowna.  Pat & Graham went above and beyond to ensure we understood the implications of all decisions that needed to be made throughout the process. There were no budget surprises. Graham is an excellent project manager and made sure things were done right and to WCCH's high quality standards.  Pat Hayko is extremely ethical, which was echoed by the trades WCCH uses. Our home exceeded all expectations, thanks to WCCH.
