**★★★★★ — b5buddha, March 2024**

> John (Sensitive Information Hidden) is the best contractor we have worked with. His workers do excellent work. He keeps a close eye on the budget and works hard to keep costs in line. John has given us excellent advice and suggestions to improve the house before and during construction. We live 400+ miles away, so trust and communication are very important, and John earned our complete trust and communicated constantly to keep us up to date. Building a house is stressful, but John made it a lot easier.

**★★★★★ — Melodie Simmons, July 2021**

> Dana Construction finished the remodel of the addition to our home and exceeded our expectations. John Dana is very professional and has a multitude of professional subcontractors who worked on our home. John answered or returned our phone calls promptly, he performed quality checks every week and was quick to resolve any issues we might have had. I will definitely use Dana Construction when we start remodeling the rest of the house.

**★★★★★ — Rex & Emmie Lytle, Feb. 2018**

> Dana Construction just completed a remodel project for us at our condo at Seasons at Sandpoint. John completed the project very timely and on budget. The workmanship is wonderful. Our project included putting in a new bathroom, adding tile to our fireplace, painting the fireplace mantle, new countertops and backsplash and new wood flooring along with several other small items such as tightening up a loose faucet and stretching the carpets. John was very professional throughout the project and actually made the whole process very easy. He listened to any concerns we had and addressed
> them. We would highly recommend Dana Construction for any project you have.

**★★★★★ — Aagesen Millworks, Feb. 2018**

John Dana is extremely organized and thinking ahead to the completed project from the the beginning of foundation work. He always brings a smile and positive solutions to a project. Asking the right questions, budget management and a great rapport with his clients and subs make him a builder of Homes, not just houses.

**★★★★★ — Todd and Carol Moore, April 2017**

> We hired John as our Contractor for our new Canadian Timberframes home build in North Idaho and we couldn't be happier. John is very detail oriented and has been on budget and on time with no surprises. The team he put together for the build are very professional in both attitude and quality of work. John goes the extra mile and I know he heads off potential problems before they happen. There has been no drama associated with this build thanks to John. I would highly recommend John for any construction project you may have.

**★★★★★ — kingstone\_wall, July 2016**

> My name is Dylan Wallace owner of Kingstone Masonry. I worked with John on a very large custom Home that had close to 8000sqft of stone work. I found John to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of Building/construction phases, which can be very rare these days. My experience with Dana Construction is like being apart of a tradesmen family. As a sub-contractor, it is a pleasure to work with a company that Is honest, well organized, passionate, and Extremely detailed oriented. I looked forward to doing more projects with Dana Construction.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Stone** *(in Photo Questions)*

I love the color of the stone walls and piers. It pulls together the home colors. What brand and color is it? Thank you.

A: That is all natural stone - the steps are basalt sourced from eastern Washington. The stone veneer is a stone from southern Arizona and northern Mexico - do not recall the name or supplier - house was built in 2007.
Thanks
John
