> We purchased our guest bathroom countertop through Affordable Granite & Cabinetry, and the entire experience was excellent. From our first phone calls and a tour of their facility to the site visit for templating and the final installation, every team member was professional, courteous, and easy to work with.
>
> The installation itself was challenging, but their crew worked seamlessly with us and our contractor to ensure everything was done right—and the result is beautiful. We’re so appreciative of the effort and care that went into making our project a success.

**Comment from Affordable Granite & Cabinetry Outlet:**

> Hello Marshall, thank you for the review. It was great working with you as well. Looking forward to hopefully working with you in the future!

**★★★★★ — Vicky, Aug. 2025**

> From the minute, we walked into their showroom their service was beyond amazing. Their selection knowledge, sales and service was impeccable. I cannot recommend this company enough.

> Affordable Granite installed granite countertops in our kitchen last year and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. The installation included granite filler trim behind our stove connecting the granite countertops on opposite sides of the stove - a really nice touch. Recently, we elected to replace our stove connecting. Unfortunately, the new stove is an 1/8” wider and 1” deeper than our old stove and wouldn’t fit in the existing opening. Affordable Granite had installers come and widen the opening for the new stove and cut back the filler trim without having to remove the trim. The result was so good, it is impossible to tell that it wasn’t the original installation.

**Comment from Affordable Granite & Cabinetry Outlet:**

> Hi Dennis, thank you for the kind words. Always great working with you!

**★★★★★ — Rajesh Gujar, March 2025**

> I recently had quartz countertops installed by AGC Countertops & Cabinetry, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations.
>
> The salespeople were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions, guided me through the selection process, and helped me find the perfect quartz that matched my style and budget. They even provided samples to take home, which made the decision-making much easier.
>
> The installation crew was equally impressive. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly considerate. They took great care to protect my cabinets and floors during the installation process, and their attention to detail was remarkable. The finished countertops look absolutely stunning! They were also very neat and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
>
> The entire process was seamless and stress-free. I am beyond thrilled with my new countertops and would wholeheartedly recommend AGC Countertops & Cabinetry to anyone looking for high-quality quartz countertops and exceptional customer service. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.

> Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Affordable Granite & Cabinetry! From beginning to end the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and prompt. They have a great selection of not only granite & cabinets but also tile, quartz, hardware, flooring. Prices are ‘affordable’! It really helped to not only be able to buy the quartz there but also have them install it. Installers did a great job. One-stop shopping!

**★★★★★ — Denis Lachance, June 2021**

> My wife snd I just had a new kitchen counter installed by affordable granite and cabinetry. What a beautiful job. After searching many vendors, they had a gorgeous slab of Macaubus Fantasy Quartzite more beautiful than any we’ve seen. The install was precise fit like a glove . The techs were so professional and careful and protective of the new floors and cabinets. I would highly recommend their products snd services to my friends and family. Thank you to all their staff for a wonderful job.

**Comment from Affordable Granite & Cabinetry Outlet:**

> Hello Denis. Thank you so much for this review. It truly was our pleasure working with you and Regina on your project. Also thanks for the recommendation on the quesadillas at Cue!

**★ — HU-165757985, July 2020**

> The overall was friendly. The order was placed in December 2019 and finished in June 2020. Much too long and it was not just due to Covid. Order processing was disorganized and communication overall was not good. The final product was not completely as we wished. We just prefer not to deal with them again and never to recommend.

**Comment from Affordable Granite & Cabinetry Outlet:**

> We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. We strive to make every customer of ours 100% satisfied and would love to take the opportunity to speak with you to see how we can address your concerns as we would hope you reconsider your review.
>
> You are absolutely correct in some of what you wrote, but please allow us to fill in some of the information left out on your review; not because we feel it was your intention, but so that you understand what was going on at the time.
>
> During that time, we were already in the middle of a massive move to our bigger, better location by the end of the year while still servicing our customers. Our goal is and always has been 100% customer satisfaction, and part of that is by keeping track of everything. We were for the most part successful in doing so during the move, but we’re not 100% infallible, coupled with the chaotic nature of moving and your original sales rep moving away, your project was somehow not transferred over to the list for following up. We are investing quite heavily in new software so that the probability of this ever happening again will be greatly reduced. We are also not planning on moving from our new location anytime soon either!
>
> Getting back to your timeline, once you came in after all the location confusion (we were still working out our bugs with the new phone system and network for the new building) is when the new salesperson was assigned to you. She did stay in contact with you and guided you along the process until you made your final selections in late February. As you were advised during the sales process, the cabinets your ordered are premium American made-to-order, semi-custom cabinets that even during normal times have a 4-6 week lead time. Covid-19 stretched that time another 2-3 weeks. During that time, NYS was shut down and everyone in the company was laid off except for one person. By NYS labor laws, we cannot force anyone to make any phone calls while they are laid off. Even so, your salesperson was still communicating with you through the entire shutdown on her own volition. As far as we show, the only missing item from your cabinet order was one outside corner molding, which we expedited and took care of as soon as it came in 2 weeks later. These items are not stock items and are made to order. This is reasonably quick for a semi-custom made to order cabinetry line. Fortunately, this did not affect the use of your kitchen.
>
> As for the issues with the granite, please understand that we had to close for a month and there were installations already scheduled before, during and after the shutdown. Once we re-opened, in order to install as many countertops in the shortest amount of time, everything had to be reshuffled/rescheduled, and we were also working extra hours so that we would be able to do an extra 1-2 installs a day to catch up, while at the same time trying to keep our crews fresh.
>
> As for the mix-up with the edging, we did offer you the upgraded double ogee edge at no extra charge and did not deliver it. We sincerely apologize for that and would be happy to make that up to you – please do call us to see what we can do to make that up. That was an unfortunate oversight on our part. It was our intention to provide you that edge at no extra charge, but we never updated in the documentation for the shop, so they went ahead and fabricated the ogee edge you had originally picked out and paid for. You also mentioned the color of the stone being darker than you expected; this is the first time I’m hearing about this, but please be assured that those were the exact slabs that were picked out by you in our facility.
>
> On a more positive note, by all accounts, we did hear throughout the installation process that everything came out beautiful and that you were pleased with our installation crews on both the cabinetry and the granite.
>
> I sincerely hope this clears up all your concerns. If you would like to call us to further discuss what we can do to make anything at all up to you, please do not hesitate to call me.
>
> Thank you,
> Pete

**★★★★★ — Sudhir Sharma, Feb. 2020**

> Affordable Granite personnel did a great job in removing the old kitchen granite counter and installing a new granite counter top. In addition, the bathroom counters and vanities were also replaced with granite counter tops. This work was expertly done by Orlando and his assistants. Chris Silverio in the front office provided accurate cost estimates and the work was done on time as promised. Nothing is better than that for a customer!
>
> Overall, we were very happy with the quality of workmanship and cost of the project and would recommend Affordable Granite to anyone.

**Comment from Affordable Granite & Cabinetry Outlet:**

> Hello Sudhir. Thank you so much for the kind words! We're so glad we met your expectations. Please, if you need anything else or have any questions, don't ever hesitate to reach out to us.

**★★★★★ — Alex Angel, March 2019**

> Affordable Granite did a great job with my kitchen!! They mounted my sink and cut holes for my faucet and soap dispenser. They answered all my questions and didn't pressure me to buy. I was able to pick out my stone and be part of the process. They offered me great financing which I took advantage of. Give them a try. You will be pleased.

**Comment from Affordable Granite & Cabinetry Outlet:**

> Thank you Alex! It was our pleasure to work with you!

**★★★★★ — Zach C, March 2019**

> Was very happy with the entire process. Knowledgeable staff, accommodating to our constant requests and unique needs. Granite counters came out fantastic. Installers were very good and went above and beyond with some challenges that were uncovered during process. Pricing seemed on par with other competitors, but other competitors do not have the same level of service or demonstrated knowledge. Company is also very happy to walk you through their fabrication shop to see what's behind the curtain. Overall, great company and would do business with them again.

**Comment from Affordable Granite & Cabinetry Outlet:**

> Thank you Zach. It was great working with you as well! Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if we can be of any further assistance.

**★★★★★ — Steve Stock, Sept. 2018**

> My wife and I decided to completely renovate our home. As you all know, ( or will soon learn ) as the project moves along it can become a very stressful situation. When the time came to research countertops, we visited Affordable Granite. I’m one who is always skeptical. I generally do everything myself because I can be difficult to please. Countertops are out of my skill set, so I had to find someone I can have confidence in. However, upon meeting Pete Nieto and going over what we were looking for I was very much at ease. As we discussed the possibilities it became apparentt that there was no reason to look elsewhere. Pete was in every way the kind of person I wanted to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations in customer service. This is a man who sincerely puts his customers first. He and his staff were extremely helpful in finding just what we were looking for. Joe, the template man came out to measure the kitchen and bathroom counters and everything fit perfectly. Juan and the install crew were professional, courteous and patient with whatever requests or questions I had. We are very satisfied, not only with a great job, but with the overall experience, which to me was equally as important. This whole team was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

**Comment from Affordable Granite & Cabinetry Outlet:**

> Hello Steven, thanks for the wonderful review! Believe me, it was at least as much of a pleasure for us to work with you and Jennifer as you say it was working with us. Please don't ever hesitate to reach out to us if we can be of any further assistance in the future. Enjoy your kitchen!

## Community Q&A

**Q: Brown Fantasy** *(in Photo Questions)*

I love the Brown Fantasy but I'm confused as to what it actually is. Some places call it Brown Fantasy Quartzite, others call is Brown Fantasy Marble (ex. https://www.msisurfaces.com/marble/fantasy-brown/ ) and still others classify it as a granite. I have also heard it referred to as a Dolomite. I am considering using it as either a kitchen or bathroom countertop because I am completely smitten with it, but what is it actually? Is it like a hybrid with elements of all of the above?

A: Hello, Fantasy Brown is a dolomite; which is a hard marble. It is more resistant to etching than the traditional marbles. However, it can etch if acidic substances (lemons, limes), come into contact with the surface and it's not wiped up right away. As far as the dolomites go, we have less problems with the Fantasy Brown than with other dolomites, and we do sell quite a bit of it for good reason, because it's such a beautiful stone.

**Q: Backsplash tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love it ..please tell me what is it?

A: Hello,
The countertop is Celador Super White quartz from Stone Source, and the cabinetry is full-on custom white and wood laminated full access boxes.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Best,
Pete Nieto

**Q: love the Purple paint color, what color is it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi. We got a hold of the customer. The color is Chinchilla from Sherwin Williams. I hope this has been helpful.

**Q: brand of cabinets in photos** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I believe it's Bertch Legacy. If you like that look, we can order you a sample door. Please contact us for further details (845) 564-0500. Thank you.

**Q: Where to buy these chairs?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Where to buy these chairs

A: Hi. I'm not sure where the customer purchased these from. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful on that.
