> Kyle, Shannon, and Brian worked with me to bring a new concept to my chilidhood home (a midcentury suburban home with great views of the city).  I described to them the vision of a suburban loft for lack of a better description.  SkB were fantastic to work with from start to finish and beyond.  They presented 3 fantastic concepts - and were very involved thorughout the project.  They partnered closely with my contractor and subs to ensure every detail was executed to perfection.  The end product is just beautiful (in fact several magazines and a tv show have requested to photograph it)...  Needless to say - SkB are my "go to" team for design projects.. and I have referred several friends to them who have had equally great experiences with them. Highly recommend!

A: The countertop is a 2cm slab of Cesarstone's honed "Fresh Concrete" style 4001

A: Hi Joni. It is hardie board & batten.

A: Hi Linda. Those are two of the 14.5 Five Pendant Chandeliers by Omer Arbel from Bocci. They can can be found on Y Lighting's website.

What is the species of wood on ceiling and floors? Love it

A: Thanks Katina. We love them too. The flooring is 12" wide planks of Douglas Fir with a Dinesen Floor Soap finish. The ceiling is also Fir original to the property. We sanded it back to reveal a more natural, lighter tone.
