> Our extensive remodeling project (the entire second level of a three level, 3000 square foot house including kitchen and communal living spaces) is in process and we are very happy with the work this contractor does.  He quietly offers design guidance and allows us time to process the ins and outs of each decision -- this has included complete rewiring, insulation, wall placement, roofing, windows and doors, the kitchen from the subfloor up, lighting, wall treatments, a new staircase, flooring and trim package.  In fact, he requires us to process the ins and outs for each decision point for which we are grateful.
