> Bought a beautiful home built by Artlife Developments and a great experience with the agent and seller.  I had a small problem with my landscaping and they rectified it quickly apart from that we haven't had any other issues.   My family and I are extremely happy with our new place.

> Terrible.  Purchased what was supposed to be a luxury home (with a warranty they did not honour).  Horrible experience and poorly built structurally as confirmed by several professionals. Very bad at communicating as well.
