She made the effort to get to know both of our personal preferences and priorities, and our budget, before undertaking the design process, and she was attentive to maintaining those throughout the build.  Her ability to manage the project from out of town was extraordinary, largely due to her personable nature which gave her a unique ability to work well with the general contractor, his crews, and our designer.  We could not be more pleased with the work and with Frances!
