The project was tricky in that the walls were a slightly tan-brown color and I wanted it to be repainted with a lighter color. Yanling scheduled a consultation with me within a few days of speaking with me over the phone and conducted the consultation within an hour. My original request was only for the 1st floor but because Yanling was very understanding of my budget and my needs for the project, I engaged her team to work on my 2nd floor as well. After the completion of the project, there were a number of areas where the old paint shadowed through because, again, it was a tricky project going from a dark to light color. Primer wasn't discussed because the type of paint used normally would cover this kind of dark color. Yanling's team immediately informed me of the issue and worked with me to do touch up at no additional cost. The paint crew (Alan, Juan and Valerie) were extremely professional, polite, and took extra care of my fixtures and furniture. In particular, they were very transparent and honest about the quality of the work, their thoughts on the outcome/product, and proactively offered solutions which is very hard to find nowadays.
