> John Rosa Construction put in 1600 ft2 of hardwood floor and 600ft2 of porcelain tile, tiled two sets of curved steps and a stairway, and built balustrades.   I had an unusual design in mind for the balustrades that involved some difficult materials.  John solved the puzzles involved, and the result is just what I envisioned.   The house is transformed.

> John has long experience in homebuilding and is great to work with.  He creates beautiful results, and he goes about it in a professional way.  He showed up on time, every time.  He brought the right tools and coworkers with him each day and there were no delays.  His team left the worksite clean and squared away each day, so that I could live comfortably in the house after the work day was over. And he stayed with my month-long project until it was entirely complete, even though he had two other projects queued up.   His contract was in plain English and his billing was clear with no surprises.
