We rebuilt the existing deck with composite decking, reworked guardpost layout for cable railing system, and fabricated a new composite staircase. The patio was installed as a transition to the adjacent hot tub area. We poured a slab for the hot tub next to the deck for access from deck or patio. A custom threesided pergola was built to add privacy and ambiance for the hot tub.
