A: The countertops are 3cm granite called ubatuba. **Q: Recessed medicine cabinets needed** *(in Design Dilemma)* Help!! Our master bath (12x15) renovation is nearing completion & we just found out that we aren't going to be able to get recessed medicine cabinets that match our vanity since they've been discontinued. We have a 108" vanity top so we need something to scale. The 2 sink sections are each 24" & surrounded by 3 sections of drawers. Does anyone have a suggestion? They can't be too expensive since this renovation is also the beginning of prepping the house for sale as we prep to retire. However, they can't be cheap looking or too small. Thanks in advance for any ideas. A: There are many times that we use wall cabinets as medicine/storage cabinets above vanities. If the matching medicine cabinet is no longer available, try buying the same width of wall cabinets that will match the vanity bases. Cut them down to about 4" deep unless you can order them reduced depth. The cabinets over the sinks can have mirrors inset into the door panels, and you can stil leave the others with standard doors. If it is a wall to wall application, the full run of 4"deep wall cabinets will give you the appearance you're looking for, without recessing them into the wall. **Q: Help me find bathroom vanities please** *(in Design Dilemma)* Hi. I am in need of finding a double vanity 50 or less inches wide and preferably in light color and modern. I am open to darker colors but the style has to me modern or transitional at the least. I am also looking for a single vanity that is 50 inches or less and his one has to be white but may be any style. I would like something different looking. Google search comes up with very few for my first choice and not really any I like for my second choice. Please help. A: Pricing depends on many factors. Species, door style, and finish, as well as the amount of drawers. The attached picture is 2 VSDB24 24"vanities side by side, you could put the drawers on the inside or outside. These are made by Wellborn Cabinet in Alabama. You could go to their website to find a dealer near you, they also have a page on Houzz. **Q: need help deciding on kitchen cabinet manufacturers** *(in Design Dilemma)* who makes quality cabinets? A: We have used only Wellborn Cabinet for over 15 years and have done thousands of homes in that time. They are 100% made in America and have a line to fit almost any budget. I dont recommend rta cabinets, would you want to store your grandmother's heirloom dishes in a cabinet held together with cam locks and corner braces? **Q: Please help my kitchen!** *(in Design Dilemma)* We have only decided on the cabinet color so far. Pain/trim colors? Color for granite countertops? Material/color for backsplash? Thinking of stacked stone under the bar? Any input would be wonderful!!! Our thoughts: The dark cabinets with brushed nickel T-pull hardware, under cabinet lighting, light colored granite, glass backsplash (Color??), slate blue wall paint (trim stay white? dark to match cabinets?), black granite sink with oil rubbed bronze faucet, and maybe a light color stacked stone under the bar, Floors remaining the same. Thank you guys so much!! A: I agree with terriwyz, a shaker style would be nice. I would definitely take advantage of the ceiling height (9ft?) and run 42"wall cabinets all the way. While multiple elevations can be a nice design element, it can also be overdone.
