> I give this a one only because the designers were nice and helpful, but the rest of the experience was awful.  I ordered over $8500 worth of furniture and was told I would have it in 20 weeks.  After nearly 8 months I had not even received a call letting me know it would be delayed.  I had to call them to follow up.  I was then notified it was complete and would be delivered soon.  Another month went by and when I called I was then told that one of the couches I ordered was lost.  They tried to offer other items but weren't very apologetic, and the owner was awful to deal with.  In the end I cancelled the entire order.  I don't think they were honest in the fact that they placed the order wrong because how do you lose a couch.  I would not deal with them again and it's disappointing because I loved their products and would have gotten more in the future.

Numerous attempts to contact the company went unanswered. The one time I spoke to someone, they said the bed was scheduled to be picked up. Nobody called. Nobody showed up. It has been weeks of stress and drama. Do not order from this company. They have no standards, no customer service, and absolutely do not stand by their products. I am not entirely sure it isn’t a scam. It is the most disappointing shopping experience I have ever had. Please learn from my miserable experience and save yourself the headache, the expense and the trouble!

Every single person who walks through our door is blown away and it is single handedly because of our boat house and their passion for excellence.
